This guy here has a big section about traveling and staying in shape if you're interested.

Pretty standard sales copy but the guy is from Harvard, could be legit.

I don't know whats in a popeyes biscuit, but its delicious.

Don't really care about how much I lift anymore (hense why I stopped deadlifts) just want the aesthetics for the summer. My friends are a bunch of skinny hipsters anyway so even if I was facebook ripped they'd still be miring.

I'm getting a firsthand look at fatty fatasses' daily battles, being out of breath after walking a few flights of stairs is pretty horrible. Hope the antibiotics will kick in soon, hate not being able to lift or live life normally. Pneumonia ftl.

High as fuck on pain killers. Feels weird man. Jaws all numb, but kind of sore too and I can't close it.

yeah... its one thing to say "i was a beginner and made this progress, therefore you should do it too." except most beginners dont start out pulling 3 plates and squatting 2. "beginner" in this case is misleading and if you are an actual rank beginner, abusing linear progression is the best way to go. hitting 3 plates x5 was a big milestone for me and i did that by tossing 10lbs on the bar every week - not obsessing with a calculator adding 90% of a 5lb increase and doing 5 reps at 65%.

i toiled on 5/3/1/ for months making miniscule progress and it was incredibly slow. 5/3/1 is great but by all means not the be-all-end-all solution, and especially not for beginners ime. if you're starting out pulling 3 plates, then yeah its gonna be effective - the kid struggling to get 135 off the floor is much much much better suited doing something else.

    wendler's schtick is tired, too...

I don't think 5/3/1 is for beginners either.

Daily progress (SS) -> weekly progress (3-day split) -> monthly progress. (5/3/1) is what worked for me.

I think I've decided I'm perfectly happy being able to to 3x5 with 225 on bench, 315 squat, and 365 dead. Might just keep with those weights and change up accessory work a bit.

Today I learned that if you eat protein after 5pm it turns to carbohydrate and you won't get to sleep unless you go for a run to burn it off.
