    Wearing 33 Uniqlo S001s quite comfortably now. 23" quads and only squatting 155x3x5. feelsbadman

    Altho if all goes as planned, my squat should finally catch up to my bench in about a week...

    I'm about 5 lbs heaver now since I took this about 3 months ago and it wasn't a muscle shot but a dicture. I'd say my lats and arms a lot bigger now.

    Wearing 31" uniqlo T000 with 25" quads cold and a 140kg squat max. Looking like a massive douche bag.


    May have to post a photo, want to wait until my cut is finished, but I still look pretty good now.

    What do you do about chafing thighs? My inner thighs are always getting irritated and red I guess because of my quads. I can't be the only with this problem here.

    Wearing same jeans in same size with 24" quads and (was) squatting 175 ish 3 x 5. Great cheap jeans though.

    I hate this, it seems to be less of an issue if I wear pants with more room in the thigh.

    got some roots sweats for my bday and i've worn them probably 5/7 days of the week. clothes are overrated

    Cheap protein on the go. 3 Mcdoubles. Take the meat and cheese out of two of them, make a 6 patty stacked burger. Scarf. 800ish cals. 66g protein. 33g carbs.
