Have discovered a delicious way to eat chicken breast. coat chicken breat in olive oil, cover chicken breast in chilli powder and onions, pan fry with a lid over it. Comes out so good and not at all dried out. Making food spicy as fuack makes it easier to eat boring food. Also theres some retarded article on T nation about how the pull over is the squat of the upper body, I do pull overs, but they're nothing amazing.
A lot of the stuff on T-Nation is pretty dumb. Eric Cressey's articles are great though.

legs are smaller then mine. Probs just strong japanese will power. Video shows noobs need to do more then just squatz and milk if they want aesthetics even a 660lb aesthetics not acquired, still quadruple bw squat is impressive.
My attention span is wicked short and I loathe cardio. I keep it at 15 to 20 minutes per machine. 15 on the bike, 15 on the treadmill, 15 on the elliptical. I keep the weight sessions short, too. Squats, deadlifts, dips, pull-ups, and some shoulder work. Throw in some decent music and it takes the suck right out of physical fitness.
I got some hot sauce from the local portuguese chicken place and it fucking rules. not quite as versatile as franks red hot, but for chicken, this shit is awesome. i diced some chicken breast into strips and am marinading it overnight. excited++
lifting has made me love hot sauce. franks red hot... i actually do put that shit on everything.

I lived in DC for a while and I loved the crisp n juicy hot sauce. I have recreated it though. Mayonaise, shriratcha and oregano. So good on chicken.

BBC was filming in the gym today (news company not people), probably filming one of the fighters training or something. May need to change gym because they got rid of the safety bars in the only power rack because people keep dropping the bar onto them and damaging them (like me) so it means I can't really do a 1rm unless I know I can get it.
Also anyone know where to buy short shorts? Cannot show off my aesthetic quads with some knee length shit.
