He's a civillian who works with the military so he doesn't have any physical requirements. Not actually enlisted.

I know people are like "DO THE FUCKING PROGRAM" but if you're not an athlete who needs the power; and don't have an interest in taking up oly lifting, just do pendlay or dumbell rows; they'll balance out the bench pressing. You want to avoid an imbalance like that, especially if you sleep on your side or sit at a computer all day or something, because tight pecs-> hunched over -> shoulderblade knots like woah.

RHET: Having mixed frozen vegetables in your freezer as your go-to carb really ups your veggie intake. I made some pan seared shrimp and instead of using pasta or rice as my carb on it, I used veggies. I also happened to use a ton of butter so now i'm a little stuffed hahaha.

So I try not to judge most people while they are working out, but every once in a while you come across somebody who just blows everybody away. A couple of months ago I encountered a person who was working on a machine that was opposite the machine that I was working on such that we were facing each other as we were working out. He had on his headphones and was rocking out bit, which I have no problem with. THEN, he begins finger picking what I can only guess is the guitar solo to the song that he was listening to. I couldn't help but laugh, but whatever.

Fast fwd to this past Friday where he is OHPing like 50 lbs, which again, I don't really care 'cause I try not to judge. After that, however, he goes over such that he is right in front of the mirror and starts doing some Tae Bo, like straight out of the Billy Blanks DVD. He's throwing punches and knees and of course I just lose it.

roaring on every rep of a 7 rep set with what looks like 40lb. Triceps of the gods.

Also clicked on video, clicked back to album, found video of you deadlifting, found kunks fb profile. Great success.

He was so fucking punchable on his tricep kickbacks. He pissed me off with the way he threw the weights down every set for every exercise.

Re: weird gym people. There is an old guy that goes to my gym and brings his own yoga mat. All he does is yoga in the corner all day. He never touches a single piece of equipment. I don't know why he can' t just do this at home.

Maybe he finds it easier to keep at it if he leaves the house to do it.

Strange, but totally within the realm of acceptable.

I hate waking up, knowing you're going to have a terrible workout. Fatigue killed me today.
