in n out buns are better, ingredients fresher. but the fries come out soggy

Was thinking about doing RDLs for deadlift assistance. If I am DLing at 225lbs 3x3, how heavy would you go on RDLs for 5 x 10? Would doing BBB with DLs be potentially more effective? FWIW, I havent done RDLs before.
135lb should be ok.

At least the runoff of newyears-resolutionists has finally started to die down. You can finally get on a treadmill or a bike for warmups without having to wait.
Tommy's looks like diarrhea and probably doesn't taste much better (I've never eaten diarrhea).
Ironically enough, you WILL get diarrhea a couple hours after eating Tommy's.
