    Yay.

Also, can't wait to lift again on Monday. It's been a week since I've lifted. GOT THE ITCH.

Put down almost an entire large pizza (multiple toppings, but no meat) by myself at dinner.

Damn, what's with all the bitching and moaning and ridicule and criticizing? I thought this was a thread for men who enjoy lifting weights, not a thread for women on their periods. The number of times that I've given a fuck about shit that other people do at the gym can be counted with my penis.

I'm about to partake in a night of excessive alcohol, foolish dancing, and loose women. Sounds like some of y'all could use the same.

I've been helping teach kali/eskrima to one of the new students in class. After class I find out he does parkour and is a stuntman for the Bourne Legacy movie shooting here in Manila.

    He's this guy:

Funny, he seemed so shy in class.

Good session today. Did squats working up to 3 x 5 at 80kg, then bench someone worked in with me, did some higher rep sets then set of 5 at 60kg with some spotting. Really feeling it in my chest, definitley helps to have a spotter as they just take the edge off that extra weight but its still more than you can lift alone. Finished off with some close grip bench at 35kg. Monday will be deadlifts, then back and bicep work, then wednesday back to squats and bench.

Right afterwards, or with some time in between? Because when you say pre-workout, that tends to be the food you eat immediately before you step into the gym. And that's a shit ton of food to be eating right before you workout.
