    First part you are not the first or last to be pissed off by this particular breed of wanker it is a problem in many under equipped gyms.

    Second part, go fuck yourself you self absorbed cunt. That skinny dude might have just set a personal best or broken a weight/rep barrier and been really proud of himself, he doesn't need turds like you taking videos and making fun of him. Not everyone is as awesome as you, you douche .

    Stinger I think you should squat twice a week. Maybe get rid of deadlifts and replace them with squats or do light ones after squats. After removing deads and replacing them with more squats from my program I don't see much reason to do them. I agree with the westside method of building the deadlift through other movements. Also because your bench is quite low I think you should bench twice a week

    Maybe

    squat
    bench
    upper back work

    squat
    press
    upper back work

    squat
    bench
    upper back work

    with no sets to failure, add whatever like arm work you want. Maybe replace one squat day with deadlifts.

    If I get a camera to video record gym retards am I cunt too? I'd be kind of scared to do it though, don't want to get stabbed really.

    he wants to train 3 times a week, he has low lifts and could probably deal with lifting that often, thought it would work for him. Just realised he can only squat twice a week though so he couldn't do that.

    Best gif ever.

    Stuff I've seen in my gym's ONLY power rack: pushups, incline pushups using the bar, 1/100th ROM pullups, swiss ball (someone just left it there... can't even imagine what they were doing with it), seated dumbbell shoulder press (barbell was no where to be seen), the ever popular 1/8th ROM squat, barbell curls (see this ALL the time), shrugs with the bar getting dropped on the pins (cage allows you to re-rack at any height)... but the worst was STRETCHING.

    Watched some guy do all sorts of upper body stretching in the rack while I stood right next time... GLARING for a solid 5 minutes. I'm usually hyper-polite at the gym, but I asked him YOU ALL DONE STRETCHING? Says "yeah" as he's toweling himself off. wtf

    You dont think deads are effective? I could do squats, deads, squats while im at home. I hate squatting 3 times a week it gets boring. Definitley need to focus on bench as you say and will do it twice a week i think. 5 rep range both times though, or should i be doing some higher rep stuff, thats what i cant decide. 8 rep training feels better but as its not quite as heavy i dont know if it builds size as much. When im away during the week i cant do squats or deads so i will have to do like

    squats/shoulders, chest/tri, back/bi, deads/chest

    Well yeah recording anyone you don't know in the gym retard or not is at least weird, but recording and making fun of someone because they are not up to your level of awsome is a definite sign of cuntousity.
