Cant figure out if good mornings are doing good things or bad things to my back. I have been doing 4 x 12 at 120lbs (squat is 160lbs at 5x5 by comparison) and afterwards it feels like someone is pushing my lower back forward with their finger. It doesnt feel particularly painful but it does seem like more than the "pump" you get post workout. Could this just be part of the process that comes with building lower back strength and I should stick it out or should I cut out the GMs / lower the weight? The feeling generally goes away in about 12-24 hours. I dont feel like I am pushing the weight up with my back, it seems to be coming through my lower body but it is possible that lowering the weight would fix the issue.
