Anyone suggest me a routine, i've had to abandon SS due to being away from home too often, will start it again in may when i am back home properly and can commit to a few months of solid eating and lifting. Will be able to follow a bulking diet most of the time. Some sort of simple upper/lower split maybe? Can always squat twice a week but mid week i often have to do without squats or deads due to being at shit gyms. Im thinking of a day for max effort deads with some other back exercises, a bench/chest/triceps day and the other for legs?
