I didn't have wings. I slept instead. Not sure how I feel about this. Of course, wings at home suck.

    Yeah, edited.

    300g carbs on lifting days.
    "none" on non-lifting days.

PHAT has put 8kg on my incline db press in 2 weeks, feels good man. Gonna look sick once I start cutting. Don't know why the program doesn't get more discussion, if you can get used to the volume and training 5 days a week its great. Probably not good for people who just started off and can't squat 100kg though.

Some guy at the gym dropped 130kg on his chest doing bench today, looked pretty scary. Fucking retard though, been training for 2 weeks. His friend who is like 5'3" roided the fuck out of his head was benching 130kg, says he reckons he can do it to, attempts, bar falls out of his hand before he even lowers it.

That would censor the distinct fuji charm of the thread

fuji must work out at a mental institute or something; nearly every post of his describes some derp-worthy idiocy he's seen. in five years at commercial gyms, i havent seen a full week of what fuji puts up with.

I haven't posted the most lol worthy thing because I didn't think anyone would believe me. Have this guy at the gym who is in some kind of organised crime thing, him and his mates are always talking about prison and shit like that. He often wears a white drivers cap and a black turtle neck sweater to the gym and has chauffeur for his van who he occasionally calls to come into the gym to spot him if he's not with his bros who all brown nose him. He also brings his like 8 year old children to the gym. He's really loud and outspoken and my gyms tiny and doesn't really play music so you can always hear what he's saying. One day he was complaining some women who he has a kid with is trying to tie him down the way he phrased it was "Mr Watts is a busy bee covered in honey, she can't stop me", i've also heard him complain that he hasn't cheated on his wife in a month and that he prefers really lose wet vaginas to tight ones. On the last one I put down the weights and just loled. He's a really good spot though because he gets really into it and just yells tonnes of motivation. I don't go to a commercial gym, I go to a MMA one, which I think attracts lots of retards.

I think it stands for power hypertrophy adaptive training, its 5 days a week
    1.Chest arms hypertrophy
    2. Legs hypertrophy
    3.Back shoulders hypertrophy
    4. Lower body power
    5. Upper body power

this is the article I used to set up my program
    http://www.simplyshredded.com/mega-...ll-powerhypertrophy-routine-updated-2011.html

a lot of the article is bull shit, but its pretty simple. Do whatever movements you want on the first 3 days for hypertrophy, you can use the routine it gives you or do whatever works for you. I did chest arms hypertrophy today and what I did was

    3x8 incline press
    3x8 db flat bench press
    3x12 db pull overs
    3x10 lying tricep extensions
    3x5 overhead db tricep extensions
    3x8 EZ bar preacher curl
    3x15 spider curl

On lower body power day you basically just do your power movement so like squats or deadlifts or front squats or something for 3 heavy sets and then you do assistance work to bring the movement up. I like it because it lets you do hypertrophy work as well as the normal powerlifting style stuff as well.
