Prowler sounds like such a ball-busting way to burn fat. I wish I had access to one. I still do steady state cardio (mostly two-mile runs several times a week), but it doesn't compare to the balls-to-the-wall pace of stuff like complexes, Tabata, etc. I did some complexes this morning incorporating several movements I dislike (overhead barbell squat, barbell lunges) and felt like sprawling out on the floor after three sets. The whole shebang probably took seven or eight minutes, but left me more gassed than a 20-minute run would have. Since school is back in session, the campus fitness facilities are open on the weekend again. I foresee some two-a-days in my future.
