Obviously, I've only seen your frame in that deadlift video, but you didn't look that size. My bad.
Are you less impressed now ?
Good stuff Pilot!
nicely done man.
Donuts-- I think they are my magic food. I almost always make big lifts on days I eat donuts. I had two glazed this morning, and then front squat 290lbs for a triple which I had been a sticking point for weeks.
Well I play for the other team, so I'm not really going to be spending extensive amounts of time looking over your pics. But your lift totals are pretty fucking impressive.
Anyone else here do zerchers? Been doing them lately, staying light for and just building up my tolerance to holding a weight in the crook of my bicep. Really feel them in my mid back, abs and quads. Gonna try do 100kg for a couple reps next week.
I started doing them for the first time as an accessory lift a few weeks ago.
Bottom-up style. Hopefully will hit 245 for two sets of 8 next week.
Finally hit the 25 lbs lost mark. Here's an updated progress photo:
Left is October 1, 2011 at 188 lbs. Middle is December 22, 2011 at 168 lbs. Right is today at 163 lbs. Ribs and abs are just starting to come through (the latter hopefully more than the former). Back is finally starting to get more defined, something I've never had. Lovehandles are still fucking there, can't wait to get rid of those.
I've got 5 more lbs to go until I hit my goal then I'm going to see where I'm at and if I want to cut down more. I'll probably end up cutting down a few pounds more than that, reintroducing carbs regularly into my diet, then cutting down another lb or two to compensate for the water retention.
Can't wait until I'm done with this cut so I can just take a whole weekend to pig out and feel bad about myself.
You don't DESERVE to lose your love handles!
plus one. How old/tall are you?
24 years old 5'7"
Looks like you've got a pretty intense pelvic tilt going on. I'd pay attention to that before it starts causing problems
