    Trolled the gym today. Every couple days this big group of like out of shape middle aged men and women do there pussy cross fit circuit training bull shit. They were using the only box in the gym to do box jumps. It's really low so I don't know why they were using it, it must be like 15" off the ground. It was lower body power day and I needed a box to do squats and zerchers because Im a retard who hates free squats. Stole all there olympic plates and created a box out of them and loled.

    I could have pulled a little more on Dl, but not sure how much maybe just 415 or 420.

    I tried 295 on bench and it didn't go well. But i did just work chest 2 days ago. I think if I had a few more days rest I could have gotten closer to getting it

    went 5 for 6, 71+85 @ 71.6 bw, coach just told me on monday I need to lift so had zero prep. had a brain fart so my attempt at 73 was a snatch high pull.

    nothing to write home about but feel fucking great regardless.

    I wouldn't say I'm skinny... Almost 6'1 198lbs. I've been an athlete most of my life. Never been super muscular, but I look "stout" for my size. Have naturally wideset hips, decent thighs (25in). This past year I've finally just dedicated myself to lifting consistently following some semblance of a routine. I had taken about 6 months off from any exercise before march 2011. I was around 185ish when I started lifting. So I've put on 15+/- lbs since then. I got up to 205 at one point. Now I'm trying to cut back down, but still keep strength

    Here are some pics I found. This is what sparked my comment a few weeks ago that I think I look terrible now. Yeah I was skinny back in the day, but I looked the best back then, IMO.

    This was probably a year and a half ago. Around 178ish I think

    I look most similar to your last photo - about 10lbs less though. Same body shape though
