Well I did low back squats today first day back, 3 light sets at 185 with plenty of warm-up and stretching in between, and it's still killing me. Used to be my left side when I had the problem 1 year ago, now it's my right. :fu:

No...I poured the coffee, ice and all, into the shaker cup. Mixed it up good, then poured it back into the sbux cup.

It was basically a vanilla iced coffee with almost 50 grams of protein :slayer::slayer:

I hurt mine warming up to warm up, I set, dropped and right at the bottom I felt a small pop in my hip and a twinge of pain on the inner/upper part of my quad. I stopped right there, tested it out on a treadmill at like 3.5mph and yep it hurt and hurt good. I'd get that shit checked out if I were you, especially since it's been 2wks and pain is still present...

I was discussing the various costs of meat cuts from them (since they're the cheapest in bulk) in comparison to chicken/pork. Currently, nothing is cheaper than $4.50 a pound, and that's stew meat. Brisket runs about $5.50/6, ribs are too impractical since you lose half the weight (bone) with each serving.

Runs about $6lb here. Already get pork shoulder which is $2.80lb.

That is very expensive. You need to buy a chest freezer and then go in on one of those quarter beef packages.

Fuji for bigger forearms, I recommend strict wrist curls with up to 15 lbs. Do tons of them because your forearms can take the abuse, like calves. For the top dude of your forearms set up a single grip on a low cable. Start with ten pounds and do a revers, palm down, curl with a 3 sec negative. two sets of about 15 reps. You shouldn't really get over 20 pounds here or you're forcing it. These are my favorite and I have legit 12 inch forearms on a 5'4 frame.

Do you really care what your forearms look like? I've got 12.5" cold and I've never trained them directly.

11.5" at 6'2" feels bad. Might do more static holds, don't really know when to put them. I do static holds when I do calves anyway so maybe they'll start growing.

I'm confused to why people care too..

I've never even measured my forearms before.
