^ i snack on all those except steak, eggs, and chicken. would if i could i guess, but those are probably left for meals
ran out of almonds, must restock from costco
i like to mix a handful of almonds with cocoa cheerios for a snack. taste like rocky road kind of lol
Fucking alpha meal day today
steak and yam
3 scoops of whey, 250ml of milk
steak and potatoes
100g of prosciuto on a baguette

There was another meal in there, I can't remember what it was. I think I ate chicken at some time today though.

Plenty of time to get shredded. Will bulk another 2 months and do loads of hypertrophy work and then start my cut like end of march early april get on the EAC stack and by june I should be pretty lean. I heard clen is safer then EAC, but im kind of scared of the idea of injecting myself and then I couldn't say im natty anymore. Im eating pretty clean right now so I shouldn't put on too much more fat, but im still in a pretty big caloric surplus.
On the subject of being natty my friend who I haven't seen in a while had a massive go at me for the dangers of my steroid abuse, im not on gear, feels good man.
Also any advice on getting bigger forearms? I thought be the time I pulled 405 I'd have pretty built forearms, but my 315 pulling friends are significantly bigger. Same with traps.
Pulled 345 today, a little over 2x my bodyweight. Feels goodman, don't feel like a newb anymore.
anyone ever feel like taking a sick day the day after a heavy squat workout? i pushed it really hard in the gym and stayed in bed the entire next day. CSN was in shock...felt like a little bitch but oh well.
I pretty much get no fatigue or DOMS from performing singles or doubles in the squat or deadlift. I can pull deads at 95% my 1rm wait 5 minutes and do another one and keep doing that for about an hour and a half and ill be pretty tired but after some food and a bit of rest I feel completely fine. I think after a couple months of doing that twice a week with squats and deads and only really working in the 1-2 rep range my CNS has adapted to it. Get gassed doing a set of 8 squats though and more maxes for reps are much lower then they should be.
I used to eat super clean but lately I've been eating like shit. Today looked something like:
3 whole eggs fried in evoo
4 pc wheat toast
3 tbps almond butter
large bowl of pho with extra eye of round (to make the beef:noodle ratio closer to 1:1)
1 cup of oats
1 scoop of whey
small handful of almonds
20pc chicken mcnuggets
I wish I could keep those in my desk drawer at work.

What kind of steak are you using Chariy? I don't see anything for less than $5-6 a pound down here. Even bulk cuts.
