I've literally, in 3 different gyms, never seen ONE other guy deadlift by dropping the bar to the floor between reps. They all go to about 2" above ground then pull again. Usually with low weight. I guarantee everyone watches what im doing and thinks something along the lines of "wtf is that guy doing....you dont get the burn if you start from the floor each time." I cant believe nobody goes on the internet to learn proper form.

I don't understand straight leg DLs. Anyone want to explain why people find them beneficial? (srs question)

Hahahah - Xbox kinect is so fun. I love that first all-sports game from a year or so ago. The soccer is a hilarious good time.

Been creeping on this thread for a while and thought I'd share. I've been doing intermediate mad cow and finally got 390x5 on deads. I've been trying to break that barrier for over a month now. I got into a great mindset with a song on my iPod and really got locked in mentally. My face has tiny splotches from popping some blood vessels though. need to breath out more.

need to find cheap alternative to "pistachio chewy bites" . pretty damn expensive for small bit size 16 pack, but packs a good 6g protein and whole lot of flavor

dairy and gluten free, very small traces of soy

google to see the details. need more snacks like this.

Probably no less expensive but Kind bars would probably get you to the same place.
