Took some pics of myself so I could track progress over this year. I look fucking terrible

i took pics before starting my mini cut. i'm down 3lbs probably all water so far
Kept my weight fairly consistent for the past few months with KB stuff. Little change in body, which is good I guess...I don't want to get much bigger.
Got my VFF's today. Gonna try running with them after work.
Once spring comes along, I want to work yoga and running into my routine, but not lose any mass. Maybe a simplified 5x5 push/pull split 2 days a week to keep swole? I can run and yoga on the same day no problem, but lifting and yoga is a bitch.
After a few hours of doing various stretches, ice, salt bath and some NSAIDs my back feels completely normal again. Surprised how quick I recovered, fucking hurt to begin with.
Was out of town the past 3 days on business, ate super shitty but only had like 3 meals a day and worked 10-12 hour days, and I maintained!
Actually, I probably lost, because I was at the same weight today as I was before I left, and that's after all the carbs I've consumed and all of the bloating hahaha
You're like 19, right? Don't be surprised. Wait until you're in your mid-30's. That shit will have you on your couch for a week.
Was doing good mornings today, 120lbs 4x12. Random brah came over and asked if I was doing squats. Told him it was good mornings. He had no idea what that was but proceeded to tell me to be careful because "if I blow out my back, its game over." It was strange. In other news, I may take the weight on good mornings down a bit, the bar is sliding a bit on my shoulders when I go up and down, doesnt feel good. Not going as far down on them as I used to.

They might call some of their squats a little high, but whatever. Who are you to talk anyway hahaha
I have that problem as well. When I squeeze my traps together to place the bar, and come forward with the movement, I pull DOWN on the bar so it drives into my shoulders rather than just use my hands as a brace.
Q - when you do your good mornings do you bend your knees at all? I try to keep them almost locked but inevitably end up bending them more than I'd like to and I feel it takes the stress away from my low back and puts it on my hammy's.
Shouldn't be keeping your knees locked
