    or

    rice bowl from chipotle

    only 2 places near my place i can think of

    2x patties each with tomatoes, grilled onion + ketchup and mustard. = 2 protein burgers

    vs

    rice bowl with steak, guac, salsa, do they have brown rice now?, lettuce and corn.

    serious question.

    just had a big bowl of oatmeal + brown sugar and bananas with flax seed

    going to work out in 1-2hrs and want to eat something quick.

    Oh, better as in good source of protein/energy for my work out.

    Trying to get bigger you know (0).

    I know those are probably the worst meal supplements, but I got nothing at home (brown rice, leftover rabbit(?), and pork)

    Got a day off today so want to hit the gym earlier in the day before it hits freezing at night.

    FWIW, I always thought about grabbing a protein burger 1-2 post workout.

    If the options stated are not all that "great" I think I'll save myself the drive and $7 bucks and just eat leftovers.

    If you're really not trolling us and those are your only two options, I'd say Chipotle because of the rice and beans. How the fuck are you going to get bigger or have energy to work out without carbs?

    On a somewhat unrelated note, I'm averaging about 3000cal/day and only gaining maybe half a pound a week (and I'm sure less than half that is muscle). Eating that much is a chore but I just discovered they make Lactaid as whole milk. Drank a quart of that shit yesterday in one sitting and not a single milk fart. Amazing stuff.

    Sorry, didn't understand. Was saying that 190lb at 10% bf was my goal for the summer, 210ish and probably about 18% bf now. Im also 6'3"


    Probably didn't burst a blood vessel then. Don't know what it was that caused those massive headaches then.

    Had a couple at the gym today. Man wore his nike lifting belt the entire session whilst groping the fuck out of his gfs legs on the leg extension and trying to db press too much weight. Gave him blatant and constant hate looks, felt good. Hate gym couples.
