JM press is like a tricep extension but with more load onto the triceps and a bigger ROM.

Both are different than a close grip bench which has shoulder/chest involvement.

Allow me to rephrase for the workout nerds - in the spectrum of full tricep involvement, and for muscle building purposes, why would a JM press be more efficient than a tricep extension, or even a close grip bench press if one were to simultaneously work their chest and shoulders?

Less elbow strain then a tricep extension. I'd still say for pure tricep isolation a tricep extension would be better. As far as a bench press assistance goes a JM press also mimics the bench press more then a tricep extension. And as chariy said you can use more weight. Close grip doesn't really isolate the tricep all that much and you still get chest and shoulder involvement. It's still my favourite tricep exercise.

my interpretation of the JM press is that its giving you the best of both worlds - you get the isolation of an extension/skullcrusher but can load it like a bench press meaning max swole. also, i swear it hits your tri's differently - extensions and whatnot i'd always feel in the "back" of the tricep, whereas JMs I always feel near the elbow

    This.

JM press is going to hit it harder than the other two if done correctly since with the other movements you have other muscles/joints that will fatigue faster.

How to get rid of stretch marks? Inner quads upper back and lats are covered in them. Doesn't look good. Quads have grown from like under 20" to just over 26" fairly fast to be fair. Less then 6 months probably.

In my experience, they will fade over a year with some sun. There is some expensive over the counter shit for women, but women are different. One, they care more. Two, their postpartum stretch marks are on a whole other level of stretch mark.

Yeah, I think it depends on the stretch marks. I developed some when I hit my growth spurt as a teenager and they'll probably never go away. Completely ruined my modeling career.
