    Im on SW&D WAYWRN :(

You have very little vascularity and no striations. Not 2% bf, high single digits I'd say. Bulk and acquire aesthetics.

Just curious, CDHagg, but do you usually browse an internet culture where p90x people toss around claims of 2% bf? You have bought yourself calipers and you got that information from somewhere. If you look for it, you can find more information about life at truly low bf. At 2% your skin would feel paper thin and kind of bunch up when you ran your hand over it and your veins would be elevated, as in every single vein would be elevated. It is also considered unsustainable for health and definitely unsustainable as far as keeping muscle mass. People drop into the competitive bf levels for 1-2 weeks before gaining out of it.

Did you notice the picture posted in WAYWT? You should have been able to look at that and know that's not you.

Anyway, I doubt you have the muscle mass to look very human at any levels approaching the Machinist photo. I don't know if there is any photoshop on those or not, but the body does look very anorexic and starvation based. The way the hips protrude and the arms. Extremely low bf levels only look good (if that's your thing) when an individual is left with more than enough muscle mass to continue looking human.

    No.

    Sounds good.

Best way to do it is nuke it with plastic wrap over it to trap in moisture. But even then, it doesn't work that well.

I usually precook chicken. But any other meat, like beef, I cook on the spot.

Guy has an 110lb bench press, he can still make gains on SS.

Is this worth visiting a doctor for? Every week I test how many reps I can get at 60kg, afterwards I always have this horrific migraine, had to sit down outside for about half an hour afterwards it hurt so much. Its not usually that bad, but today its horrible. Went home and slept for 4 hours and my head is still hurting. This only happens when I do like more then 12 reps on the bench press. I can do max effort tripples and I get no pain at all. Its literally only high rep bench press. Im guessing its probably a good idea to stop doing it, but I think I still might see a doctor for it. They'll probably do the standard "stop doing it and if the pain goes away theres nothing wrong" and ill actually have a massive tumor in my head.

Also super setting lateral raises, face pulls and paused dumbbell rows feels like sex in my back.

Significantly slower gains, 5lb a month increases.
