Did not know of this, looks very cool.
Took a week off of lifting to help my shoulder heal. No idea what was wrong with it. It seems to be mostly better but I'm watching it very closely and will start doing some rehab work in the next few days regardless. Down to 166 this morning, lowest so far, but I remember looking leaner before the holidays at 168-170 so I don't know if I lost muscle or what. Oh well, keep on trucking.
It's probably just water weight and you looked fuller before the holidays. I wouldn't sweat it.

Eh, I'm not regardless. Plan is to cut down to ~6-7% (i.e. as low as possible without getting gross/unhealthy) then do a lean bulk. If I keep lifting from here and maintain what I have now then it doesn't matter if I lost a little muscle, bfd. Thanks for the encouragement, though.
I'm assuming you're a smaller dude and really, if those numbers are all 3x5, that's not bad but your bench is easily your worst lift (which may account for weird proportions).
If you haven't been following WAYWRN, there's been a discussion about my body fat percentage. I said that my caliper reads 2-3 percent, but everyone else says that is impossible. Moving the discussion over here, where it belongs.

Anybody got a good method for reheating cooked ground beef without it turning into rubber? I just ate a pound of it and now understand how the trannies on south beach feel at the end of the night. Without the cash, mind you.
Back at the gym tonight. Fuck that felt good. Post workout meal: 1lb ground beef, 1/2c red beans, 2c frozen broccoli mix. Feels like I ate a brick.

No. PPL on the internets and WAYWRN + SW&D have no fucking clue of most things lifting.
Also, been sidelined since sunday - caught a nasty stomach flu. I'll lift today but I'm not really expecting to break any PRs.
