My bro at the gym was doing lying tricep extensions. Guy sits next to him and starts doing them, but lowers the bar to the floor and arches the fuck out of his lower back. Asks my friend why he's not feeling it in his abs. Do people not understand anatomy or something.

Im gonna have to start cooking a weeks worth of food at the weekend or something. I literally have no time, my routine is finish work, go to the gym, prepare food, eat, prepare food for the next days lunch, clean away mess from making food, eat some more food, have a shake, bed. On gym days i dont have a second to spare for anything else.
The eating thing sucks the most and time gets more limited when family comes into play. I am still fat.

Need some help with my routine. Been doing SS for around a year now. Moved to Wendler 5/3/1 for a brief period of time since I thought I'd advanced enough on my lifts, only to realize that I started accumulating fat and strength went down. Moved back to SS around 2-3 months ago and current lifts are 195/210/110/95 for squat/deadlift/bpress/OHP respectively. Even though I've gained weight in this period i'm still fairly skinny at 145pounds and looking to add more mass. Here's the problem though, in the last 2-3 months, my posterior has exploded to the point where it sticks out from the vents of my suit jackets/overcoats. it looks VERY awkward. I want to move to a routine that has more upper body work since I think my overall lower body strength is fairly decent. Further, I feel I haven't made as much progress as I would have liked on my bench press. Any recommendations for what program to move to? Ideally i would have liked to stick to SS but the fact that I can't fit into my pants any more and my ass is sticking out from my overcoats is making me reconsider.
With lifts that low (im assuming they're in pounds) you really don't need to be on 5/3/1. Your squatting and deadlifting, your ass will get bigger. You could just do it 4 days a week and on one day drop the squats and do more bench and bench accessory work?
