Did eating the powder give you the runs?
Didn't do anything at all. May give it a try again now that im not a retard in the gym.
Why do people think eggs are such a good source of protein. Just ate 7 eggs and feel painfully full. Only 50g of protein, could have had like half a pound of chicken instead. Also will eating 6-9 eggs before I go to bed every night kill me when im 40?
Did you try hot water to dissolve it before you decided to eat sand?

indeed they are delicious, which is why I eat at least half a dozen a day. However they are about 100 calories each and 7 grams of protein, which is like 30 calories.
Did not try hot water, eating sand is more manly then putting on the kettle.
I have realised my coffee whey protein is delicious with whole milk and gives me some caffeine before I train. Accidentily mixing coffee powder with whey instead of chocolate power was serendipitous as fuck (been trying to use that word since I was 6 and heard it in an episode of digimon).
It only kinda dissolves my Creatine mono... I just suck it up princess (in whey its thick enough that it suspends nicely)
people who have been battling break outs should cut out dairy/soy for 1-2 month and see how their skin is. that is, if you have tried most OTC drugs etc.

i've noticed my skin becoming relatively a lot healthier looking after cutting out dairy and soy, just saying.
that said, can anyone recommend a non-dairy protein shake i can take? someone mentioned iso's? want to gain 10-15lbs for that bigger chest. i have been 150lbs for a long time now . . .

Fuji - take a sip of gatorade or whatever you're drinking, throw the teaspoon of creatine in your mouth, and swallow. Take another sip of liquid and you're done.
should try this. i eat cottage cheese by the truckload, though, i might have to pull a rambo and ask styleforums how to eat protein.
Pretty sure what I bought is mono and while it does take 3 minutes, it does dissolve. I do this after reading some bro-thread suggesting it reduces bloat and some other issues. Honestly, I was pissing weird after drinking crystals and a full dissolve fixed it.
Went down to 185/195/195, focused on keep my back tight and driving through hips/thighs. Form seemed much better, no back strain this time. Thanks for the input.
