DOMS in the back makes for a very uncomfortable day of trying to watch NFL playoffs.
When do I need to start my cut style forums? Want to look good for the summer, am 205lb now, probably 15-18% BF. Muscles are still clearly separated and I still have some vascularity, but no abs. Thinking at 185-190ish Ill look pretty sick. Will probably use ephedrine or something because I have no will power to not eat. Gonna try get a bit bigger first though. I'll add in more direct arm work, calf work. high rep upper body work and conditioning.

you could easily go up to 225 and then cut.
I have pretty bad genetics in terms of fat gain. Been eating clean and Im still putting on a fair bit of fat, muscle too, but im not like some of the guys who post there bulk photos and still have abs. At 225lb I'd be double my starting body weight lol. I could probably cut down to 200ish then and look decent though.
Unrelated just mixed a kilo of whey protein with coffee powder instead of chocolate powder, tasted fucking horrible.
Can I question your decision making here? Why not just make one glass to test it?
I thought it was chocolate powder, did not intentionally mix coffee with my whey. Usually use chocolate powder and its nice.

dl 345x5,5 last week. tried 355, wouldnt budge. did 325x5. tried 355 again, wouldnt budge. did 325x3. kicked wall.
this is true. ive been between 15% and 8% bodyfat with my current gf and she literally has never noticed the difference.
rambo: it's all about the spices. i eat chicken constantly (it's cheap and lean) and have a cabinet full of spices. if you get bored, make a hot sauce marinade (bbq sauce, hot sauce, sirarcha sauce, random spices), and grill.
Get that floor strength. If your missing a conventional pull of the floor your probably not too strong off the floor. I know this is counter intuitive, but I found pulling against chains during my speed work really helped my explosiveness and strength off the floor.
GF noticed when I cut sodium, salt, didn't drink water or eat carbs for a few days. Looked vascular as fuck. Does not like the 205lb, wants me to get shredded. Wouldn't say 99% don't care.
Learn to program better. I have never failed a deadlift (except the 600lb one that i dropped at lockout)
Seems like a n00b question but I can't get a straight answer out of anyone.
Is it unreasonable to expect continuous strength gains while eating at maintenance? Possible to get strength gains while cutting?
