    taller than the girl = not short. i agree with you otherwise.

    slightly related: working in retail has opened my eyes to how fucking perverted women can be; if you think guys are bad, you have no idea. pretty jacked dude came in and i was subjected to an essay on how his ass was great: lift, cheek separation, protrusion. i kid you not. i tuned out after the "i would shred cheese on his abs" comments.

    jacked short dude came in and everything was followed by "...but he's short." poor guy, had a ridiculous physique, couldn't get any love though.

    Rambo, not sure what your milk problem might be, but I had massive digestive problems for years. All kinds of tests to try and diagnose the disorder.
    With an elimination diet I discovered intolerance for soy and milk. Doctors said it must be lactose intolerance, but the lactase pills didn't work regardless of how many I took.

    I tried all kinds of milk substitutes and low-lactose foods; goat milk, keffir, whatever, nothing worked. I started to suspect casein intolerance.

    Whey isolates, I recently discovered I can tolerate them. BUT! I splurged and tried some casein. It was like someone set off a freaking gas bomb in my gut and transported me back to the bad old days. Plus asthma, hives, psoriasis burst out of Pandora's supplement jar.

    I discovered this casein intolerance on the day that I had to sit through a 4 hour meeting. It was fun.

    Just tried on the rolex my granddad gave me a couple years ago, haven't worn it in ages for some reason. The thing, which makes it valuable is it's got some old modal of bracelet with like rivets, which rolex doesn't make anymore and thus doesn't make extra links for. It doesn't fit my wrist anymore. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU DEADLIFTS AND ROWS AND POTENTIALLY WRIST WRAPS BECAUSE I THINK THEY MAKE MY FOREARMS BIGGER.

    First shit just got real -worthy moment at the gym today. Was lifting with a dude (national level competitor, -94 class), guy took a 130 that usually would've been easy as pie - proceeds to black the fuck out during the jerk. It was good that he managed to dump it slightly forward so it didn't hit him on the way back. Kind of a harrowing sight when ppl just drop like liquid, also the 130kg bar coming down too didn't make the situation much better.

    Did paused box squats at the gym today because I haven't done them in a while. Did 120kg for 10x2. Fairly big guy asks to work in with me, reps at 280kg for 5 without a belt. Feels bad man. Also stopped using a belt on squats, doesn't feel like im getting much out of it, helps tonnes on deadlifts probably get 20-30kg out of it, but it just kind of hurts on squats.

    I dropped my weight on squats a little bit and have been squatting without a belt, but when hitting over 405 I throw it on..

    I just don't really find it does anything for me on squats. I think im not as good at pushing my stomach into it on squats as I am deadlifts.
