I am pretty sure that it is bad form caused by too much weight. I was hoping this wasnt the case, its pretty weak to be struggling with 3x3 at 205lbs, I weigh about 170lbs. My bench and overhead press are strong, squat and deadlifts are weak, perhaps it is just the proportions of my body.

Fundamentally, at that weight, I felt like I was pulling with different muscles than before (and not good ones), that is probably a giveaway that something isnt right.

Take vid, like I described above. Side view of your body and front view. Lift exactly as you normally do, don't do it different cause you're on camera. Do it at 205 and do it at a weight you think feels "right' when you lift.

I used to try to do this. I get creative about gym memberships, freebies, pay per days now instead of dealing with it.

Thinking its time I actually start doing a proper routine now instead of just working up to a single on a lift then doing some accessory work 4 times a week. Its working, but I probably can't continue doing a 1rm 4 times a week without injuring myself. Give me advice style forums.

After I fractured my rib on smolov I just ended up doing whatever I could in the gym. When the rib healed I continued doing whatever I wanted in the gym, that happened to be 1rm erryday. Need to get back on a proper routine.

Ok, so I hate to labor this point, but I need help from you guys. And not my normal "Rambo is a jackass" type of help. Real, serious help this time. I've got to give up milk for a little bit to try out some things medically, so I basically have to axe half my diet. Here's what I'm currently eating:

    6 eggs
    sauteed spinach
    slice of whole wheat

    1c yogurt
    1 scoop whey
    some milk to mix
    flax
dried fruit (either dates or figs)
    2oz nuts

    pre-workout
    1 slice whole wheat
    2 tbsp peanut butter

    post workout
    box of chocolate milk

    30min later
    1c milk
    1 scoop protein powder
    flax
    cinnamon
    3/4c frozen fruit
    1 apple

    1 can sardines
    frozen veggies
(or I eat this meal out)

    before bed
    1c cottage cheese
    1 kiwi

So, obviously, I need to eliminate the milk, yogurt, whey, cottage cheese and chocolate milk post workout. I'm pushing 220 (a little too fat after my New Orleans trip so I'll be doing morning cardio almost daily to help thin out). I need roughly 210 grams of protein and this is going to whack about 120 of what I was eating. More actually. So, what do you guys think I should do to replace them? I'm basically ok with eating any form of meat, so long as its pretty easy to prepare. Cooking wise, I don't have a grill or any sort of substitute. TIA.
