Love myprotein, 40 quid for 5kg of whey protein delivered tomorrow. They give you a time it will arrive plus or minus like 15 minutes. Isn't ON protein like $30 for 2lb?

Someone in SW&Dt told me im not athletic, damn that 48" box jump, Im just so slow and weak. On the subject of jumps, speed pulls have improved my box jump quite a bit, also doing like 30 or so jumps everyday for like 8 years because when I was 12 I was obsessed with basket ball and really wanted to dunk and used to always jump around the house and now I just do it as like a nervous habit.

that is quite impressive for someone your size. I can manage about the same, but i'm 25 lbs lighter and a few inches shorter.

From what I've read about jump biomechanics mine are pretty good so I think that helps. Really long femurs, great dorsi flection and massive glutes. I don't think long femurs help for anything else though lol.

I've been doing without pretty much all whey and supplements (except multi, green tea pills and calcium, but I don't consider these supps) for the past few months. I mean I guess it's nice to have some whey around in case you're in a rush or something but eating real food IMO is way better.

I've done the exact same thing for the past 8+ months and have made some of the best gains ever.

its hard to eat 250g of protein a day in meat when you're a broke ass nucka :(

    4 eggs = 28g
    1 tub cottage cheese = 60g
incidental protein from carb/fat sources etc = 30g
    = 120g protein

which means i would have to eat a pound of chicken breast every day to get the remaining 130g. 2 scoops of whey/casein halves that lb of meat down to 10oz which is way more manageable. so sick of poor studentry :(

well as I mentioned earlier I mainly sub casein for desserts and shit, it's not like I'm chugging my PWO shake away like a true whey addict

IIWFY then sure, just sayin it's not necessary. Sick of people thinking they need to drink whey to gain mass.

Anyways, this weekend blew. I blew off the gym on Friday and ate like a fucking pig all weekend hahaha. Hoping to be back down to 168 by this Friday (was at 168 before the weekend) so I can start making progress on this cut again.

Also, my right shoulder has been acting really weird. Like, that bump on the top of the shoulder (I think it's the end of my clavicle by the Acromioclavicular joint) feels bruised on the very top but I don't remember bruising it and when I do some workouts it actually feels like inner shoulder pain, even though I get the exact same pain by pushing on that supposed bruise. But the bruise is on the top of the clavicle and so I have no idea why it would feel like that. I'm gonna keep working through it, probably, because it doesn't seem too serious. I hope it's just a bruise and not a joint injury.
