    IANAD, and I'm all for waiting it out normally but if this sharp pain has been persisting for a while now... I'd really get it checked out man.

    Whenever I max out (4 days of the week) I scream at the top of my lungs. Helps me lift more espescially deadlfts, don't see why I shouldn't. Me maxing out is more important then everyone else hearing Kanye whilst they curl.

    I thought about taking along a camera, but I didn't imagine I'd get that far... I thought I'd do maybe 2 sets of 10 and crap out on the 3rd, and who the hell would want to watch some douchebag deadlifting 145kg for 10-10-8 reps?! But next time I try it I'll take along a camera and try to get it on film.

    Damn. He didn't appear to even be trying very hard... like a machine.

    Gonna get a vid of me maxing out on my deadlift in a few weeks, want to make sure my form perfect because Im getting into weight where I can actually hurt myself. Yelling was pretty intense on the overhead press yesterday, bar speed was ridiculously slow, took like 10 seconds to lock it out, might do overhead press speed work. I don't really scream, more of a very loud grunt.

    Nearly out grown my belt, should have got a large, can get down to the second hole. After I hurt my rib I had to move the belt lower down where im wider. How to sell inzer belt?

    Last weekend was particularly gluttonous and I felt terrible like I gained all the weight back but this morning I was at 171, so probably up just a little from this weekend binge and water retention. Kicking my ass the rest of the week then gorging on Monday at family Xmas.

    Lifts have all been going up, too. So progress kinda sucks in terms of weight loss because I've been a slob but whatever, at least I'm still moving forward.

    Some current lifts:
    Leg Press - 2x5, 1x10 @ 420
    Curl - 3xmax (7,6,5 reps last time) @ 140, 130, 120
    Squat - 2x5, 1x10 @ 275, 185
    Chest Dips - 3xmax (7,7,9) @ BW+45,BW+25,BW
    Barbell Row - 3xmax (4,6,7) @ 120,110,100
    DB Lat Raise - 3xmax (4,5,10) @ 30,25,20

    Not throwing everything down here, it'd take up too much time/space.

    Sick of hovering around 170, though, that's for damn sure. Aside from Xmas breakfast and gorging on extended family Xmas (and drinking on NYE of course) I'm buckling down hardcore. I want to get to ~160 by the end of January.:slayer:

    Enjoying Stronglifts so far. I switched to low bar squats when I started, so I dropped my weights down to focus on form. I think I dropped the weight a tad too low on my squats and 5x5 isn't too difficult with the weight I'm doing, but I'm just going to keep it up.

    After the first week and a half:
    Squat
    205 ->225

    Bench
    165 -> 175

    Deadlift
    315 - 320

    OHP
    115 -> 120

    Rows
    145 ->150

    None of the exercise has been particularly hard, but I know in about a month or so it will probably start to suck.

    Goals are:

    Dead: 450
    Squat: 335
    Bench: 295
    OHP: 185
    Row: 205

    Im terrified of getting cut in the summer. Last night I woke up at like 5am and realised I hadn't eaten enough so I went downstairs and ate a few scoops of peanut butter, 3 scoops of whey and 250ml of whole milk. I don't want that to be how much I get to eat throughout the entire day. Also the cardio seems painful, probs just do hiit or push a prowler. Want to be like 190lb and lean for the summer, probs get up to 210 maybe 220 and then get cut enough to have abz. On the other hand I lose weight very fast, can get down to about 190ish in a week pretty easily from 200.
