Carbs and protein have the same calories 4 cals per gram about. Eat some fat, 8 cals per gram, just buy a jar of peanut butter and some olive oil.
anybody here ever mastered a planche pushup? i am still in the very early stages, just doing it with my feet skittering up and down against a wall for balance.
even that makes my shoulder muscles strain in a way i've never felt before.
i'm following this guy's method
start eating peanut butter, stinger.. it took me awhile to get used to natty pb but now if im not careful i'll spoon a whole tub down with a litre of milk no problem

Legs got wobbly about half way up, but it still felt solid. I know I need to sit back more and drive more with my heels.

If you want to make sure you don't slip up too much for too long, just take pictures regularly. I was going through some pictures on my phone earlier today and came across some from April. This was a couple of weeks into a cut, but at the tail end of me being at the top of my deadlift game. I didn't realize how relatively lean I had gotten. I compared that to some I took this afternoon and fuuuuck. Incredible what time away from the gym and spotty diet can do in a relatively short amount of time. Thankfully, I've stated logging everything I eat into Fitday again and making sure I hit my macros, so this bloated character I see in the mirror shouldn't be much longer for this world.
Weirdness at the gym yesterday, saw a dude who was wearing the same shit that @fit chicks usually wear. I swear you've never felt truly uncomfortable in a gym until you see a pudgy dude in lycra hipsters doing snatches with a broomstick.
I'm all for not overswagging it when lifting, but damn, I think it's just common courtesy not to flaunt a cock bulge.
When I was a trainer, we had a guy who wore compression shorts after he lost a lot of weight. Nothing else, just the shorts as part of his body suit. We joked about knowing his religion.

I've put on 15 lbs since Sept. Aiming for another 15, though this will come at a much slower rate.
I've got a couple more weeks of SS left, typically what do people progress onto after SS? Continue with it?
