    i gimped my shoulder so i cant bench but my ass has been expanding at an alarming rate due to me smashing sumo's and squats. frustrating...

    +1 glutes are getting massive from the same exercises. Cannot tell if this is a good thing, gf was miring them, but I feel like a black women.


    Fuuuuuuuuuuu massive DOMS, do not want to squat again today. Not liking the back to back squatting. 10x3 isn't too hard though, prefer it to 7x5, which is my least favourite.

    Edit: 2nd week of smolov is now complete, session wasn't too hard. Performed 272 weighted squats not including warm up sets over the last 12 days, smolov is brutal.

    Lifting with old-skool non-bearing barbells is so different. C&J or snatching with the old bar at home almost put me on my ass since the plates can't rotate and all the momentum can't be dissipated by spinning. That effect makes it feel about 10kg heavier than it should.

    I've only found one BCAA that didn't taste like burnt rubber, but only buy it once in a while because it's so pricey. Anyway, I found this, which is twice the size of their normal containers, but costs the same. Not sure what shipping is, but it seems like a good deal for BCAAs that you won't need to bog down with Crystal Light in order to gag down.

    I do occasionally, maybe once a month or so, but my clothes are really boring now a days so I doubt anyones really interested in seeing them. Kind of lost interest in clothing.

    Thanks. Yeah, he's a trainer at that gym. Veteran powerlifter that used to squat 850+ geared.

    I can't tell if the darkness of your clothing + video is playing an optical trick on me or not, but holy shit that is a low low barred squat. Looks like it bisects your bicep.

    I've been thinking I should prolly register @ ia, seems to be a pretty knowledgeable place to talk lifting.

    Anyways, coach-mandated deload wk coming up, only light technique work and barbell complexes.. too bad, as grading these pos undergrad macroec papers is really giving me the aggression I need to crush some PRs. Also national comp is coming up next thur at my gym.
