    Beginning to think I have a tapeworm..

    Been eating all the tasty pizzas, wings, burgz, chinese food, etc and in the past two weeks I've lost 2.4 pounds.. a lot of fat and some water I think because my 6 pack is in full effect again :(

    I feel like a skinny ,asian, hipster version of wendler when I squat in a grey hoodie with wrist wraps a huge belt and squeeze the bar and jump around a bit and shout shit before I squat. Intimidating the fuck out of everyone with my 120kg squat (hopefully 140kg after smolov).


    My weight won't budge either, stuck at 195lb for a while now, want to reach 200lb so I can stop being a manlet at my height.

    i dont know if its your thing at all but a spliff or three might help you guys with your not-being-able-to-gain-weight issue.

    That won't help. I used to be a huge pothead. And whenever I used to eat, I'd stuff my face for a few minutes but I'd get nauseous if I ate too much and I'd stop.

    Now when I'm not high I can (and do) eat beyond the state of nausea because I can actually keep it down unlike when I'm high off my ass.

    I've already gained 83lb since I started training so its not like I can't gain weight. Probably be 200lb before next year. Stopped smoking weed because I get a very strong reaction where I basically just lie down and hallucinate for hours. Don't get that bad munchies until I wake up. When I smoked it everyday I would get really bad munchies, but when its just once every month or 2 I just lie down for several hours and kind of sleep.

    Damn you Asians and your genetics. I have to control myself to not go past 200, not that it would really bother me but I rather do it slowly.

    Gonna get a video of my bench press after I finish smolov or during the switching phase or something. Im deadlifting around 2x bw for a single, squatting 1.5x bw and I can't even bench body weight for a single. Ratios do not result in a very aesthetic body. I'd probably benefit from benching more then once a week.

    i've lifted only seriously in high school, and havent done any leg lifts for about 6 years now.

    peak was 5x5 225 lbs bench, 12x5 315 lbs squat and deadlift at 5 9 150 (my weight haven't changed since then).

    my bench is about the same but too sacred to squat and deadlift again... will post results soon though :D
