    fuji why dont you hire ex? you'll hit your goals without having to overcommit to something while sacrificing something else. you wont have the chance to OCD your routine and you'll swole up while dropping fat. true story

    Whose ex? I probably can't hire a personal trainer because im poor as fuck right now. Just changing to smolov for one cycle, gonna go right back to 531, just want my squat to catch up with my dead.

    he trains myself + charlybrown. i am kicking myself for not hiring him sooner; i look at the results of people who have been training with him for 1 year and its honestly quite shocking. i made a financial sacrifice and spent all my training budget on hiring the guy; no more whey/supps for awhile. his knowledge is worth far more than protein shakes, in my eyes. just from what it sounds like, you are really into training, i think youd really benefit. hell, everyone would, but yeah. i suffered from the same anger at my results/ocdness and i am cured.

    From what I understand
    1) You pay Ex, tell him information
    2) He writes program/diet for you
    3) you do program, send him information (videos, training log)
    4) He changed program/diet as needed

    i know i make him sound like jesus but he is really quite worth the investment if you have a serious interest in lifting. i started in september and i am +100lbs on my deadlift and +50lbs on my squat, +5lbs bodyweight and same or less BF.


    maybe not the socal you're thinking of, south carolina iirc

    lol. the crossfit women can actually lift more than me if you want to be realistic

    i posted that b/c i have been flipping back and forth between "goals" and i find the world of crossfit to be the balance i feel i can learn to love.
    too bad i'll probably have to join a proper gym for that type of training vs. 24hour fitness.
