Hmmm. Not bad, but I don't want it to be a juice freakshow. Just for guys who have a 10 drop, etc.. Actually, that's not that bad of an idea:

    Drop 10

    Drop 12

    Hmmm...

I've shrunk down to 11 after my month off. Is this what it feels like to be skinny?

Right now, my lifts are not limited by my first pull at all, so the pulling work I do is more than adequate to keep my strength off the floor decent. When I hit bigger numbers, clean & snatch grip DLs might become necessary (and maybe some other hamstring work too) but for now I just squat.

I'm also really fucking happy that I get to work with a real coach.. took a look at some pics from that crossfit gym that was my one other option for OL and the shit there is just terrible. Guys in the weightlifting 'course' can't even clean (they power clean) and they rack the bars like bros at your average gym.

and drop 10 sounds good.. much better than the blog for muscular people suggestion, at least

there's this one dude at my 24hr fitness gym who does crazy cross training/oly lifts omg

i wish i can film him or something. i think he knows i keep creeping on him

he squats 315 butt to floor essentially. simply amazing (or perhaps only to me since this is a 24hr fitness center. mostly bros, i say 70/30).

i tried mustering up the courage to ask him if he coached or something. really want to ask him for pointers.

btw, this dude is easily in the "category" of 5'9, < = 150lb. pure strength/muscle

you are impressive dude. some things he did today:
    squat 315lb
clean (very intense, quick jerking motion)
squat with the barbell held above head
quick jerking motion pull ups (legs bent almost 90 degree to waist)
lower back, what seemed like glute ham raises

I once bought a pair of LVC 1947 501's. I thought "these look fucking terrible" then I gave them away. (To be fair, I was 146 lbs at the time)

For you guys doing the BBB template, what accessory lifts are you incorporating? I was following the Triumvirate and felt it was time to switch it up after 4 cycles, I know Wendler says just choose exercises that will help improve weaknesses, but I am looking for more ideas...

BBB is just doing 5x10 @50% of whatever the main lift is iirc. what are the weak points in your main lifts? ie. if your bench is really slow off your chest but strong at the top, do some paused benching. if your deads are strong off the ground but weak at lockout, do some dimel deads or swings or good mornings. etc

Weak hams, bad shoulders and some upper back issues. I have been working heavily on my on my hams the last 6 months, I've been working on my chins and Pendley rows for my back. Shoulders will always be an issue because a muscle imbalance in my chest (I only have the upper portion of my Pectoral muscle on my right side.)

As jarude says, BBB is simply dropping the main lift weights to 50% and doing that 5x10. Personally I found BBB was great for press and bench, but was too much to recover from for squats and deadlifts. Maybe because my diet was less than ideal the past couple of months. Anyways I am trying bodyweight movements for assistance for this cycle.

    I think I posted this already: http://www.strstd.com/

I know how BBB is set-up, but after your 5x10 @ 50%, you have one accessory movement. In the book it goes as follows:

    Squats 5/3/1
    Squats 5x10 @ 50%
    Leg Curls 5x10

    Bench 5/3/1
    Bench 5x10 @ 50%
    Dumbbell Rows 5x10

    Deads 5/3/1
    Deads 5x10 @ 50%
    Hanging Leg Raises 5x15

    MP 5/3/1
    MP 5x10 @ 50%
    Chins 5x10

My question is/was what alternative accessory movements are people doing in the BBB format...

I think BBB is fine for squats, but not for DL's. I already feel like there isnt' enough squatting in 5/3/1 and so I'm going back to BBB just for squats and military and keeping triumvirate for DL / bench (but adding powercleans before the dl)

Last night i did a total bro workout: Biceps and and Bench (and flyes and rows). But hey, gotta keep the bro muscles swole while i'm kettlebelling.

Conversation with my yoga instructor last week:
    "Your legs have gotten huge"
"Yeah i've been doing a lot of kettleball work"
"Dude, take a zumba class or something"
