I just do weighted chins on press days for very low reps, maybe 5 sets of 2 or 3 and good mornings on squat and dead days for 5x5 after the 5x10 at 50%. Seems to work pretty good. Started using the cambered bar for the good mornings. Been training the good mornings as a movement recently. Apparently its pretty dangerous, but im doing them in the way fat, balled, white men do with knee bend and much less back bend.
