I wish I had a blender, sounds like you can make delicious stuff with them

I have so much olive oil at home, I put it on everything. Probably eat more then 100ml of it a day, I put it on everything. I'm just gonna get the whey casein blend, seems alright and its cheap. I just wanted something calorically dense because they're some days when I just don't feel like stomaching 4000 to 5000 calories a day, but I could probably just down shake. Instead I just eat a few cases of greek yoghurt.

Fuck that actually im just gonna make some peanut butter banana pancakes and cover them in syrup.

    Congrats! Is that a PR?

Got home from the workout today and put down a tin on sardines, half cup of fat free cottage cheese, handful of pistachios, and 6 oz yogurt. 55g of protein, all of it delicious.

Trader Joe's has boneless skinless sardines packed in olive oil. All of the pleasure, none of the work. Apply hot sauce liberally.

Damn Chuck. Why can't you just be a fat motherfucker already?

That's got to be bullshit. I've been using the ON Natural whey for years and its worked just fine.

Today's workout, went great! I am moving up to 40lb plates on bench, going to hit 45lb; in the past it was so hard. Push ups everyday really help build up the upper body strength for the bench.

My only gripe with this routine still is that it is pretty short. I finished everything in about an hour or under. I find other things to do afterward like:
    wide grip dips
    forearm curls
    wide grip pull up
    push ups
    run 5-6min @ 5.5 - 6speed (last thing i do before i leave gym)

Some dudes were doing squat / dead lift today. didn't have the balls to ask if i can join and learn :fu: Anyone have experience with asking other dudes? ever get the "fuck off" treatment?

Oh and after I finished the SPBR routine, I do not feel that fatigued like I can still do more exercises. Good, bad?

That's awesome. I'm trying to get back up to that much weight - it's been a while. Did 205 tonight myself -

It's all about intensity, not grinding out 2hr+ sessions of wasting your time.
