    What reciprocity do you guys like to cook in bulk? I grill chicken breasts, roast vegetables, make meatballs, cook big pots of chili. I really want a good roasted chicken/turkey-breast and vegetable recipie that i can make all at once, but i'm not finding anything usper great

    Beef stew/bourignon.

    I despise re-heated chicken. I always find myself thinking its a good idea to buy chicken breast at the supermarket, only to regret it fully when I have it for lunch the next day.

    Steaming = mad.

    But actually, steam on my face right now sounds good to loosen up the blood underneath my skin where the vessels busted.

    Haha the "bulk" is not going so well. Only managed to put on 2 pounds in the past 8 weeks.

    Hopefully I can put on another 8-10 in the next 8 weeks. We'll seeeeeeeee. :satisfied:

    That or I'm going to come in at a disadvantageous weight again in the 198's.

    How much weigh do I need to deadlift before the bar starts visibly bending? I'm guessing at about 200kg ill start seeing it.

    Depends on the bar. At my gym, some will bend with 120kg of plates, others I've pulled 200kg of plates with no bend.

    with a stiff power lifting bar I would say about 200kg, with a normal bar or olympic bar maybe 130-140kg.

    It means you have AIDS. Most people don't fluctuate in weight at all even after shitting. I recommend you go to the doctor right away because you may need surgery.
