That's what low-bar back squats are all about. Her form was fine, although her knees came together a bit on the last one.

Not in the slightest. One actually has two foot positions in the clean, the first being the pulling (or drive) position and the second the receiving position. In the pull, your feet should be right where they are now and in the receipt your stance should actually be your front squat stance. The foot transition (well, with the third pull) is actually what causes the audible clap you can hear if you look at OL videos.

The foot transition happens as part of the third pull, where you're elevating the bar and actively pulling yourself under it to rack it. So, in short, do not worry my friend.

^ I dunno i had the same problem, to the point where the heavier the lift i was attempting, the more my feet splayed out on the catch. They would actually jump out further than the front squat position, which i don't think is good - id be trying to get low by spreading my legs rather than bending and catching halfway down the front squat. tldr I'd eventually be doing the splits...

I've been working on my form to keep my feet same width.

It's just something that comes through repetition and muscle memory I suppose.

Yeah, drop setted the fuck out of my biceps with ez bar preacher curls and did dumbbell press, arnys, standing rows and drop set lateral raises and whilst I did get a massive pump I don't really feel anything today. in contrast I squatted a couple of singles at the end of my workout to find out what my 1rm is and my legs are sore as fuck today.

Youtube is so sweet. Every time you guys mention some lift I've never heard of, Fuji I'm looking in your direction, Youtube can always show me how to do it.

It's not the prettiest. It naturally gets worse as the weight approaches 1rm.

For leg muscles soreness, do you guys do 3-5 minutes of cycling or rowing after? I find it helps with soreness. Hockey players do it.

I foam rolled my glues and back today after my squats (Smolov 10 sets of 3) and I'm not sore at all.

How bad are peoples DOMS that they need pain killers. Just fucking deal with it, its not acute pain its just soreness. If your getting genuine pain from working out then your forms probably shit and you need to fix it.

I'd have to agree that I too tend to reserve the NSAIDs for something else than random DOMS.

DOMS feels fucking awesome. Only kind I don't like is in the legs - like the "I haven't squatted in 6 months" DOMS which lasts for a week and means you have to use your arms to stand up. Feels great in the back, especially after some deadlifts and rows. #feelsgoodman
