    Weight loss stalled again. Been 2 months, I think it's recomp break time

    First week I slipped back, don't know why. Only got 4 reps at 245 bench, don't know why. Felt fucking garbage. >:(

    Also Rippetoe's problem is his way is the only way, both for him and his acolytes. Great videos as mentioned before, but the "rarrgghghh squats n milk you fucking commie faggot pussy" schtick gets old.

    nah, I tried doing that but it just made it more difficult to break the 10k calorie barrier each time, so I switched it to a non-lifting day and I like it much better.

    I retract this previous statement. NOW I am sore. Damn. Benched yesterday. Did 185 for 4 reps. Not bad for not doing barbell bench for 5+ years.

    Day 2 is far worse that day 1 when it comes to being sore. You have a foam roller and tennis/lacrosse ball rambo?

    on thursday/friday mornings, I'm about 189-192. body fat, no idea since I don't measure it. somewhere around 12%.. can see all my abs still.

    on non-cheat days I eat clean, whole foods. about 2400 calories.

    always thought the old adages were bullshit but i have leaned out incredibly from doing low to med weights and high reps lately with diet basically the same

    For Wendler's 5/3/1, can you do any assistance exercises on any day, or should the assistance exercises be related to that day's core lift?
