You will be [IMG] If ever you think it, you'll be it. Just push the fuck out of yourself til you pass out/vomit. That'll make you happy in the long run. maybe.

I've been working on my hip, hamstring and back flexibility the last few months after I fucked my back doing power cleans. In addition to being able to put my hands flat on the ground with my legs straight (a first), I just found out I can now put my feet over my head. Weird... but really damn good. My back feels great finally.

Friday evening is my weekly cheat moment, so I just had 16 of the Danish ball pancakes with cinnamon sprinkled on top. By Thursday, I start to envision what I'm going to eat when I cheat - French Fries, Rice Pudding, Pie, Carrot Cake Frosted Cupcakes - what's it gonna be? I ate these this evening. Trader Joe's has them frozen, all you have to do is nuke them for 3 minutes. Not very sweet, but the carb hit is very satisfying. [IMG]

I hope you're eating all three -- otherwise, not much of a cheat meal [IMG]

Yes, I think you and mm84321 should start a podcast show where you take questions and argue about them for a 1/2 hour.....would be awesome.

lol. still not as knowledgeable as many posters here.

I feel like I got a better more applicable to everyday conversation education from styleforum than i did from classes.

Cool, my brother will be attending for law school this sept.

NICE. Congratulations. Tell him to bring some warm clothes and that a light machine (phillips blulite is pretty good) works wonders here. Also having a car is very nice.

Ok, I need to know what you did to put your hands on the floor in a few months.

great kick off to my cheat day. took down a tad over 3k in the first 1.5 hours so it's a good start.

If your liver could speak, I wonder what it would say to you.

My guess is that he was fairly flexible to begin with.

"I would hate you if you were anyone else but you eat insanely clean with only whole foods the other days of the week, you take milk thistle, and you've went from a full on fifth a day alcoholism to only 3-5 drinks a week (IF that).. so I thank you. now go enjoy your peanut butter and m&m-stuffed french toast drenched in maple syrup." that's just a guess of course.

^I lost the craving for that type of food, havent touched it since i cleaned up my diet. I still love fries and chinese take away, but sugary cakes, pastries, drinks...yuck.

On another note, im up to 166lb now and have decided to start working arms as they are lagging behind badly. Should hit 190lb in 6 months, at which point hopefully i wont look like a twig any more. Probably 12-13% body fat at the moment.

24lb in 6 months is a lot. If you want it to be mostly muscle it'll take more then 6 months.
