Diet is finally taking a toll on lifts. Deadlifts were an abomination. On a plus note though my weighted dips + chins are up, but not too much considering my weight loss.

What kind of lift losses are acceptable for a ~10 week cut?

My right elbow tendon has been bothering me. I think it's a combination of being stretched for back squats, heavy weight for my bench presses, and a lot of pulling/torsion for my powercleans. Maybe I should back off the powercleans to avoid injury?

Been lifting for a couple months after being injured/skinny-fat for a long period of time. Made a ton of progress quickly and have been pleased with the results so far. However, my chest is developing oddly - maybe I'm being overly self-conscious, but my pecs sorta look more like man-boobs. They're shaped a bit oddly and look weird in comparison to my otherwise cut, slender body. I've never had gyno before - even when I was sorta pudgy I didn't get man boobs.

[IMG] Party Cove at the Lake of Ozarks. Had to get big to flex on all the half naked white girls.

    re: boobs

I think I generally understand what you are going through. When you have no muscle on your pecs for years and years, you grow accustomed to really not having any chest to speak of. Odds are they aren't shaped oddly or anything remotely like that. You're simply not used to it. I've had to mentally adjust to thighs, torso, and pec changes.

Yes and no. Boobs needed to be maintained by the level of estrogen, but the level of androgens can increase if the girl does a lot of weight lifting.

I am treading very lightly with my girl's upper body work. Gotta preserve that pear shape. It's been like 2 months and I'm noticing her arms/shoulders are getting some much needed mass. Just have to make sure her legs + core stay ahead of the game. She has really taken to it like a fish to water though, I am really happy.

But yea she is still rocking B cups which I am OK with.

If a chick diets hard, will they lose teh boobs or is it more controlled by the hormones? I've always figured that's why all figure pros have boob jobs, but I'm pretty out of touch on female endocrinology.

Women's breasts can go through size swings through body fat percentile changes. I'm not intimately familiar with it, but women often complain that the first 5 lbs they lose comes off their chest.

I assume if a woman does pec work that the illusion of breasts gets larger. I mean, not much, but of course it would.
