Running will keep size on your legs. It makes big legs bigger.
Not necessarily, endurance runners are emaciated as shit

Well, yes, that is true. I'm talking to 1up here, though, who lifts and is running 20km / week. That will only make his legs bigger as they will treat it like an endurance exercise and hypertrophy.

Yep 2-3 big meals a day. I've been saving $$$ too

How do you fit in three meals on an IF plan? When I did IF, I could only find time for two. They were pretty substantial meals, so a third was never really necessary anyway. How long are you fasting for between meals?

Depends pretty much on the fast intervals you have set up. If one's doing something like leangains w/ a 16/8 split it's pretty easy. E.g. break fast with something small, then a big PWO meal + second one like 3 hrs from that, after that something smaller in the evening.

    fast twitch ftw.

Any ideas on my bf% ? I'm 5'10, 170. I was guessing 12%? Got some other feedback of 16-17% from a few people..but I'm not sure I'm that high? I'd ideally like to be 8-9% for summer.

There is no way you are 16-17%, more like 10-12%.

Yeah I figured close to 12%, but after hearing a few people say 16-17% I figured maybe I was being delusional or generously optimistic..

Are calipers worth purchasing, relatively accurate? Or are the tests administered by trainers at the gym my best bet?

Adding boxing to working out with IF cut diet was too effective, seemingly lost some size [IMG] Gotta try and get some back before heading to Miami in 2 weeks!

Nah, lean legs + upper body and ab definition != 16-17% bf. Caliper testing is really only as effective as the person who's doing the pinching, so I wouldn't really say that those DIY calipers are so great. But, then again I tend to go more with the tape + mirror, that really gives me all the reference I need wrt my bf.
