I keep waffling on getting back into cycling... I think I'm gonna do it, I'm lifting at a low enough volume now that I can get some decent miles in. I have deals lined up, just have to pull the triggers and put the bike together. Def enjoy cycling more than lifting, and the weather is getting so nice... plus it's awesome for cutting, as soon as I start to cycle regularly I get leaner, but am not hungrier or any less sharp in the gym
PWO meal today. 1lb of lamb, 8 tomatoes, 1 jalapeno, clove of garlic and tonnes of greek yoghurt. Been eating like this for a couple weeks and I've been cutting fat pretty well and still getting more muscle and strength gains.

Have any of you bodybuilders/lifters ever experiment with the supplement Protandim? You know shit is about to get real when the dude pulls out the lifting belt, knee wraps, wrist wraps and looks like he's about to destroy a city full of raping savages. The whole air of superiority is lost though if one preps like that for sets of 5 (yes) with 120 lbs and cannot hit depth on squats.

Eugh I'm having such a fat day today. Ate all that food i posted earlier, then 5 homemade bagels with homemade smoked salmon and cream cheese and now I'm eating tonnes of mango sorbet. That diet I was on ended after like 3 days when I was with some girl and I didn't want to not get laid because I was acting weird about my food so instead of logging calories, macro nutrient ratios and not drinking I just ate a bunch of shit and drank vodka.
What did you season the lamb with? With all of that Greek yogurt you should have made tzatziki. It's such a great sauce and refreshing in the warm weather. My friends go ape-shit for it when I make it.
Bulgur wheat, onions, garlic, oregano, dill, salt and pepper. I hate tzatziki, don't like cucumbers.
