that's pretty much all i do. I just want to be good at cardio maybe once the shin splints become unbearable i'll go on the bike or something. My heart/lungs can keep going, it's my legs that can't. Rowing machine and be done with it. Speaking of, got back on an erg for the first time in a long while. Did 5k @ 1:58 without max effort. Pretty pleased with that after months of almost zero cardio. Excited to be an athlete again, instead of just a fat lard that pushes weight around.
