pulled another 2 a day with lifting (squats) and yoga. Last time was a much more chill class. This one was vinyasa and had a lot of movement. My lower back is killing me. It's like I did a set of super heavy deads.

The "Why We Get Fat" thread reminded me why I don't venture out of this thread in the H&B forum. [IMG]

haha I bet there's really intelligent conversation going on in there.. my rule is to not even click on any of the other threads.. I don't not want to get dragged into spiral of broscience and stupidity.

It just gets old seeing threads get populated by people who cite some studies, but probably look like shit. Or better yet, the waifish 145-pound guy who equates good health to being as emaciated looking as a grown man can.

Little known fact: Charly is actually Paula Deen, in cooperation with the Butter Counsel, Rand Corporation, and Reverse Vampires.

Well it was a 4.5 lb chicken, and about 30% or so is waste so it should produce about 3.15lb or roughly 50 oz. I'd say eating 25 oz of chicken + veggies would qualify as a large meal [IMG]

The "DeNiro In Taxi Driver" look is a good one. I like lifting heavy stuff too much to get back to that size

I do think if I get down to the BF I want to be at I will be a lot smaller though, like surprisingly smaller

i much prefer the keitel in bad lieutenant look

abuse ravaged body but it still looks as though he could demolish you in an alcoholic rate

Agreed. I can usually eat a pound of chicken before I start to get so sick of it that I literally have trouble doing anything past the chewing stage.

I can easily move on to another type of food after that "no more chicken" feeling sets in. It's just a case of eating so much of one food that you feel you couldn't eat another bite, but would have no problem getting to work on some other food.
