1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

405 atg, no belt or sleeves/wraps, completely natural. BW approx. 180. Not world class, but stronger than most, and I'm proud of it.

ma strength, widely known for his unbiased reports about chinese athletes' training performance. except not. If you think that's how 260 looks when loaded then you've never seen a bar loaded like that.

    it's like the jerk clip.

Ahhhh! I watched it on my fone. Had a passing thought that the bar wasn't bent anywhere near enough but let it pass. My bad :(

Did you consider the fact that the bar would be much stronger/higher quality than a typical gym bar, and thus bend less? I've no dog in this fight and I'm not arguing one way or another, but just sayin'. If that's the sole basis of your argument--that the bar isn't bending enough--that's not a good argument.

Now you mention it this only has 250 and it's a Texas power bar.
    (Excuse the mess!)

Not always. And last time I checked, the front squat isn't an Olympic lift.
