    What's an average day of eating like for you, Charly? Your cheat days are becoming the things of legend, but I'm wondering how you hit 3,000+ calories a day on clean food.

    haha I only hit about 2400-2500 on regular days. I average 3000+ over 7 days with the cheat day.

    haha this reminded me of The Man Whose Arms Exploded
    W/o clicking the link, I assume you are referring to Greg Valentino or w/e his name is. I did chest today. I usually start with barbell bench press, but I decided to start with flyes to warm up/pre-exhaust myself a little bit. To my surprise, my bench definitely was better. Did 305 for 4 reps and 325 for 3 reps clean.

    I usually just stretch and warm up with 135. But I decided to do 4 sets of flyes using light weight today.

    i have no reason behind this other than the SS3x5 i started with, but i always ramp up with 3-4 warmups on every exercise. just habit i guess get swole [​IMG]

    no idea, possibly spent some time in there ? all i really remember from watching it was draining of bicep, was nasty

    Was at Whole Foods today and saw this girl with a body that was oh so thick in all the right places- I ended up saying hello and getting her number after a short conversation. Turns out she does Crossfit, and invited me to join. Now I'm wondering, did I get the digits because I'm plummer material, or because she's going to try and sucker me into some fitness membership.

    Anyway, how does this Crossfit shit work in terms of premiums and what not?
