1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Seriously considering getting a Saturday job for the summer just to have an extra ~$1,000 in savings for when I start school. What should I look into?

It can be a little trying to just enjoy the nice athletic butts while trying to look past the shilling of a bunch of different fat-burning teas.

Greatly confused why the CFA is recommended for equity analysts. I've read about half the material and I don't see how most of it is at all relevant to me picking securities. Yeah some of the financial reporting stuff is very useful, I haven't covered much corp fin, but I imagine some of it is, but pretty much everything else is bullshit. No one has ever used the risk free method of pricing options, no one outside of risk quants who probably don't take the CFA give a fuck about kurtosis and utility curves and supply functions are bullshit.

Portfolio management is only about 10% of level 1, but about 50% of level 3.

level 1 is basics of everything. Level 2/3 are in depth.

Tips for making a 2-mile PT test run as painfree as possible?

Was thinking taking motrin, tylenol, and maybe a bronkaid before.

If you're looking for 965 +, then you're looking exclusively at gaming laptops:

    http://www.xoticpc.com/

I don't like 15.6", there aren't any thin/light ones that I know of with a 965+ GPU. In the 13.9-14" range though, you have Aurus and the Razer Blade (2015). Both are very attractive.
