1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I've had days where I gain 10 lbs ffs, you weigh in dry as hell in the morning and crush a bunch of carbs and drink a little bit of fluids and you'll gain a bunch of weight, but it's just water.

Currently paranoid I tore my ACL @ soccer even though I can walk decently (slight limp), little to no swelling, little to no pain, and no instability. ACL tear has always been a fear of mine.

Need to stop Googling and see a doc.

Anyone have a good shoulder prehab/rehab protocol? Going to get in the gym and do cardio and that stuff (plus maybe legs) for a bit till things feel better.

if you actually have tendonitis/other structural problems, sometimes resting for a month or so is better than going straight into 'rehab' exercises due to the muscle/tendon inflammation.

Starting tomorrow my gym is running a 7.5 week recomp/strength competition. Weigh-in and testing for Squat, press, deadlift is tomorrow. Final weigh-in and re-test is June 6. Buy in is $20. Considering that I'm fat and still probably have some noob gains left (only been lifting again since Dec.) I think I stand a good chance at winning it.

Man do I suck at front squats. Been doing them over back squats for a good 3 months and they are still so far behind my back squats.

Interesting that there was no dairy in Rock's diet. Macros are pretty good for fat-free Greek yogurt. Man must really like cod or be lactose intolerant

lol doubt it, she'd stress eat more then because she'd miss me so much.

NYC brahs, looking to move 8/1. Probably gonna have to get a studio/1br. Want to live in Manhattan, keep it under $2500/mo. Wat do? Original plan was to find a dece gym and then find an apt around that, but it sounds like dece gyms are everywhere? Also, what neighborhoods aren't shitholes? East Village seemed alright, as did Greenwich Village. Some people rec'd Upper East Side. Gramercy seemed poverty and not a fan of LES too much. Aware me plz thx
