    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    RHET brahs, posting some pics of me in my underwear for your (nohomo) review. Here. From the front you can see what I mean when I'm talking about not having much definition under my pec. Is this because my pec is too small, the lower pec is underdeveloped, I'm a fat fuck or all three?

    Also, check the two side shots. The one with my cawk bulge is how I'm standing to try to correct my APT. The other one is how I'm normally standing. How solid is my posture when corrected? Good or still tilted? Also as you can see when I stand with proper posture my cawk bulge is very noticeable. Again, anyone else have this problem this bad? Gym shorts, dress pants, etc. all get pulled back by my ass. Any tips appreciated. I don't get how any other guys deal with this shit.

    Finally, how fat am I? How much am I looking to have to lose to get back down to a reasonable leanness? Hit my squat today, and hoping to hit my bench tomorrow, which means I'll have just 15 lbs more to go on my squat before starting the cut.

    Finally FWIW this lighting looks terrible but will really help in my before photo for the comp. :slayer:

    Edit: youre 20% at least. Id be disgusted with myself if I got that fat but it seems to be fine with many people here
    Maybe the difference is you all live in freezing cold places while I wear singlets nearly year round so no need to worry about "looking like I lift in clothes"

    That is why you have no pec definition

    Initial thought is you simply lack muscle, cutting fat would obvious make it look better but wouldn't magically make your muscles bigger. If this is the kind of shit you care about though I would forget about trying to make this 1,000lb total and start lifting with your muscle. Straight hypertrophy.

    5'7" 198 is ridiculous. I take it back you are way over 20%

    If you just want to look aesthetic you would look great at like 5'7" 165 and 8%

    Didn't see your edit, sorry. I've always weighed more than normal, though, even at the bottom of my cuts. If I did 165 I'd be like 4% bf. Don't think I'll ever be that low again.



    Here's a photo from like a week ago in lighting that isn't complete shit. I think I've put a decent amount of muscle on, but my next bulk will definitely be hypertrophy. By the time this cut is over I'll prob be in school and able to do a 5-7x/wk lifting prog.

    Also, opinions on APT correction prog?

    lolol thanks. I'm serious in that I've always weighed a lot even when I was lean as fuck. That photo where I look like a concentration camp survivor I was at like 160-165 and I've added muscle since then. No way I'll ever be at that weight again. I think it's because I have a huge fucking head TBH, should get that shit weighed.

    EDIT: Yeah, this was at 158 two years ago.
