Yea, I'm starting my peak in 3 weeks. Doubt I'll hit 400/400/200 though. More like 375/400/200.

Apparently, my left lat is quite under-developed compared to my right. Thought my back routine was pretty good, but apparently not.

Suggestions on exercises to hit the lats?

Do more dumbbell lats exercises on the left to balance out your lats.

To be clear, where I notice the difference is in the part of my lat underneath my scapula. So, the lower part of the lat.

I've been doing bent-over single arm rows. Feels like the row hits more of my middle back and upper traps. Other ideas? Or maybe I'm just doing them wrong?

Although. You say the left is under developed, but is the right side actually developed?

If you're still just starting out our aren't very strong then I would say more than likely it's just a matter of time and getting stronger and developing a better mmc

Getting better at paused front squats. Last set, I definitely rushed the pause and flat out didn't pause on a rep or two.

I realized that the majority of my recent weight gain is probably attributable to the chinese food truck where I eat lunch 3x a week (or used to till a month or so again). Legit scarf 2lbs of fried rice and kung pao chicken.

Thinking about the trough I ate today for lunch made me feel a little icky inside. Oh well.

    About 11% body fat.

Typically, when I do single arm DB rows, I'll use 60lb dbs. About 140lbs on lat pulldown. 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps.

    Don't usually do pullups.

My upper back has good definition, but it's the lower area, especially on the left side, beneath the scapula where I've become aware of a significant difference between right and left. Serratus seems to have good definition as well, on both left and right.

Yeah. Honestly I would say if you're only using 60's for DB rows then you just need to be patient and keep working, get stronger, develop a better connection with the muscle and definitely add pullups into your routine.
And when doing db rows try and use a dead stop (rest the DB on the floor for half a sec between reps) and focus on letting the lay stretch out at the bottom. To many people ignore the importance of getting a good stretch, esp on back movements. It's almost as important as getting a good contraction at the peak.
Also, deadlifts. Simply lifting heavy weight (which deads should allow, accepting that "heavy" is relative but will be a lot more than you're currently using for db rows and pull downs) with engaged lats will put some meat on them.
And all the movements I listed above.

Shitty progress pics. Almost 175 right now. Planning to stabilize here. Way less cut than I was at 160 when i last lifted 4 years ago, but progress is progress.
